Passion should come as standard and creating magical moments will part of your everyday environment.</p><p></p><p><em><strong>Here is How We Envision Your Role:</strong></em></p><ul><li>Provide customers with the knowledge, confidence and exceptional service needed to make informed purchases, always acting in their best interests and leaving them feeling well cared for.</li><li>Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of the brand and product range, sharing this with pride and enthusiasm while attracting new customers through inbound enquiries, walk ins and leads to achieve sales targets.</li><li>Communicate to a high standard with colleagues, sharing insights and feedback from the sales process to support team success.</li><li>Maintain excellent presentation standards across the showroom and jewellery, and ef-ficiently receive and book customer repairs.</li><li>Deliver an exemplary, personal Laings Bespoke experience by upholding brand stand-ards and providing a seamless luxury journey, from initial enquiry through to completion.</li><li>Create high quality Laings style jewellery drawings and designs to client briefs, offering expert advice on design, timescales and pricing while producing accurate estimates and lead times.</li><li>Ensure clear, consistent communication with clients, workshops and ERP systems throughout the bespoke process, maintaining meticulous records in line with company procedures.</li><li>Source and select diamonds and gemstones to Laings standards, safeguard stock and client jewellery, and follow all internal policies.</li><li>Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, materials, and production teams to drive repeat business and promote Laings Bespoke, while taking ownership of enquiries and achieving business KPIs.</li></ul><p></p><p><em><strong>The Perfect Person We are Looking For:</strong></em></p><ul><li><div>Positive, friendly and well mannered attitude with exceptional attention to detail.</div></li><li><div>Calm, adaptable and flexible approach, with the ability to remain composed under pres-sure</div></li><li><div>Qualification in Jewellery or Jewellery Design, with the ability to produce accurate, high quality artwork and a strong eye for detail.</div></li><li><div>Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</div></li><li><div>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, confident in face to face, telephone and written interactions.</div></li><li><div>Strong understanding and practical application of diamond and gemstone selection, jewellery and setting styles, manufacturing capabilities, and the functionality and integ-rity of fine jewellery</div></li></ul><p><em><strong>Why join us at Laings?</strong></em></p><p>We offer you an attractive package commensurate with experience, competitive salary and team commission structure.
