As the business continues to grow, they are investing in strengthening their supply and planning capability and are now seeking an experienced <strong>Inventory &amp; Demand Planner</strong> to play a critical role in improving stock performance and availability.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This is a highly commercial planning role focused on ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time. The business is currently experiencing challenges around stock levels and availability, and this appointment will be instrumental in driving meaningful improvement through robust forecasting, structured planning and close collaboration with category teams.</span></p><h3><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></h3><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">You will take ownership of demand planning and inventory optimisation processes, working closely with category managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure planning decisions support both customer demand and commercial performance.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Key responsibilities include:</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Developing accurate demand forecasts across multiple channels and product categories</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Supporting and contributing to the S&amp;OP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply and commercial priorities</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Driving inventory optimisation to improve availability while managing stock investment effectively</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Partnering closely with category managers to align forecasts, promotions and range plans</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Analysing stock performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Maintaining and improving master data integrity to support reliable planning and reporting</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Building and enhancing planning models and reporting tools, primarily using Excel</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Supporting continuous improvement of planning processes, controls and decision-making frameworks</span></p></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></h3><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">You are a commercially minded planning professional who combines strong analytical capability with the confidence to challenge, influence and collaborate across the business. You are comfortable working with complex data and translating insights into practical, results-driven action.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">You will bring:</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Proven experience in demand planning, inventory planning or supply chain planning within a product-led environment</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Strong technical Excel skills, with the ability to build models, analyse data and generate actionable insight</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Experience working within or contributing to S&amp;OP processes</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">A solid understanding of forecasting methodologies and inventory optimisation principles</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Experience managing or improving master data quality</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly working alongside commercial or category teams</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving performance and availability</span></p></li></ul><h3><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong>Why Apply?</strong></span></h3><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This is an opportunity to join a growing, commercially ambitious business where planning capability is a key strategic priority.
