Experience with Workday would be an advantage as we transition later this year</li></ul><p><strong>What you will be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Building strong relationships and acting as a trusted recruitment partner to Depot Managers, Area Managers, and the wider HR team</li><li>Driving candidate sourcing activity, proactively headhunting and engaging candidates while ensuring we provide the best candidate experience</li><li>Managing your recruitment pipeline with precision, ensuring accurate reporting, and attention to detail.</li><li>Attending recruitment events and working with local schools and colleges to promote our brand and opportunities.</li><li>Providing your HR Business Partner and Recruitment Manager with weekly reporting updates</li><li>Supporting continuous improvement and contributing to ideas to strengthen attraction and process efficiency.</li></ul><p><strong>About Howdens:</strong></p><p>Howdens Joinery is a highly successful&nbsp;FTSE 100&nbsp;business, with more than 900 depots nationwide and more than 11,000 staff.
