With a heritage than spans over 170 years and a portfolio of over 500 global brands, we are now entering into an exciting new future of our brand and are looking for dynamic candidates to join our team.</p><p>We are now looking for an In House <strong>Loss Prevention Supervisor</strong> to join our team in <strong>Rushden Lakes</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Reporting to the Store Manager, you will have a supportive responsibility for your store and team within The Frasers Group.&nbsp;</p><p>We would like you to bring your skill and passion for retail to constantly evolve how we deliver for our costumer.</p><p>Working with the&nbsp;team you will effectively help create a welcoming, safe and secure shopping and working environment, providing a presence to protect and to minimize stock loss in store.</p><p>As part of the store leadership team you will be required to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, greeting, guiding and advising them while remining vigilant and aware to any potential risks to the store.</p><p>You are required to assist the store management in making the store a safe and secure place to work and shop. By working closely with the team you will be identifying and communicating risks, completing safety and security checks, reporting information and acting also as a deterrent on the shop floor.</p><p>You will ensure Company policies and standards around the front of the store are adhered to at all times, signing visitors in to the building, as well as keeping product full and merchandised.</p><p><strong><em>This is a full time, permanent&nbsp;role, 45h per week working 5 days out of 7. The shift pattern will change week on week and will include a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend work. We are looking for full </em></strong><em><strong>flexibility&nbsp;</strong></em><strong><em>across the working week.&nbsp;</em></strong></p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in a retail environment</li><li>Committed to working as part of the store team</li><li>Enjoys a people facing role, providing friendly and engaging customer service</li><li>Self-motivated and always ready to use your initiative</li><li>A confident communicator who can build great relationships with store teams, visitors and customers</li><li>Assertive personality and able to de-escalate&nbsp;conflict if required</li></ul><p><strong><em>Please note that we do not require an SIA licence for this role.
