To be able to make the most of it you need to live and breathe our principles:</p><ul><li><strong>Think without limits</strong>&nbsp;- Think fast, think fearlessly, and take the team with you</li><li><strong>Own it&nbsp;and back yourself</strong>&nbsp;- Own the basics, own your role and own the results</li><li><strong>Be relevant</strong>&nbsp;-&nbsp;Relevant&nbsp;to our people, our partners and the planet</li></ul><p>Are you ready to join the Fearless?</p><ul></ul><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Working in our purpose built IT Workshop, you will take responsibility of&nbsp;hardware queries and requests&nbsp;that come from our head office, stores and warehouses across the UK and beyond:</p><ul><li>Providing&nbsp;IT hardware support to all aspects of the business via our ticket systems, logging&nbsp;detailed information about each issue</li><li>Building, repairing, updating&nbsp;and maintaining all&nbsp;IT hardware across the business to ensure optimum uptime and availability</li><li>Maintaining the company asset register and ensuring the IT asset life cycle from receipt through to disposal</li><li>Assisting the broader IT teams with preparation and delivery of hardware for implementation</li><li>Writing and updating&nbsp;technical documentation to ensure the team is kept up to date with knowledge</li><li>Confidently owning end user tickets right through to resolution</li></ul><p><strong>This role is based full time at our Shirebrook HQ with&nbsp;weekend work on a 1 in 4 weeks basis.</strong></p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>What we are looking for:</p><ul><li>Clear passion for a career in IT and looking to grow with the business</li><li>Able to understand problem trends and escalate where necessary</li><li>Solution orientated mindset</li><li>Good knowledge of IT hardware</li><li>Hands-on experience with IT hardware repair and testing</li><li>Experience with Windows desktops and servers</li></ul><p>While not necessary, the below would be desirable:</p><ul><li>Knowledge of Cisco networking hardware</li><li>Experience in an IT support or configuration role</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:</p><p><strong>Reward, Recognition and Opportunities</strong></p><p><strong>Frasers Champion</strong>- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
