We are now seeking a Housing Operations Manager to lead this dedicated team. Our team works closely with Residents to strengthen support plans, build positive relationships, and develop the skills needed for independent living. Your role will involve: Leadership & People Management<ul type="disc"><li>Lead and develop a team of Managers, driving consistently high standards.</li><li>Achieve key objectives for positive resident outcomes and tenancy sustainment.</li></ul> Service Provision<ul type="disc"><li>Oversee daily operations to meet and exceed internal standards, regulatory requirements, Ofsted expectations, and Regulated Housing Standards.</li><li>Encourage Resident involvement to strengthen engagement and outcomes.</li></ul> Partnerships<ul type="disc"><li>Manage key stakeholder relationships and develop strategic partnerships, including with commissioned services and Ofsted.</li><li>Work collaboratively across the Senior Leadership Team and wider YMCA departments to improve processes and service delivery.</li></ul> Financial Management<ul type="disc"><li>Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring sustainability and minimising voids.</li></ul> If you are an experienced Manager within supported accommodation (adult or child) seeking a new opportunity within a not-for-profit operator, this could be an excellent step for you. If you are looking for a role where you can combine compassion with compliance where you can leverage your wealth of relevant experience to empower our staff teams, this could be your ideal next role. <ul type="disc"><li>Proven leadership experience in supported housing or residential childcare.</li><li>A strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks related to Ofsted and Regulator of Social Housing standards.</li><li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with a Senior Leadership Team and internal departments.</li><li>Experience in budget management and financial oversight.</li><li>Commitment to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults.</li><li>Minimum Level 4 in Housing Management, or willingness to complete the course. We are happy to continue to support you if you are currently studying this qualification.</li><li>A UK driving license and access to your own car are required to travel between the four sites you will manage.
