This role is accountable for developing, elevating, and governing the global Quality Systems strategy while ensuring operational excellence across our Technical functions, including supply chain quality, manufacturing/packing operations, and compliance. As our international footprint expands, this leader will ensure we have world‑class quality systems, processes, and culture embedded across all regions and partners.</p><p>You'll play a key role in strengthening how quality is embedded across our business — from suppliers and manufacturing through to distribution and customer experience — helping ensure we consistently deliver products our customers can trust.</p><p><strong>Location &amp; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 10.0pt;">&nbsp;</p></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Role:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><ul><li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Lead and develop global Quality teams, setting direction, building capability and driving alignment across hubs and new international sites.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Define and oversee Holland &amp; Barrett's global Quality governance framework, including policies, SOPs, Codes of Practice and compliance standards.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Provide strategic leadership across manufacturing quality, ensuring strong governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement across production operations.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Establish and enforce global quality standards across distribution and warehousing, including audit programmes across owned and third-party facilities.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Own and evolve the global supplier approval and monitoring framework, including onboarding standards, audits and risk-based compliance oversight.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Lead global quality reporting and governance, providing clear insight on performance, risk and compliance to senior leadership.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Oversee quality data governance, documentation control and technical systems, ensuring traceability, audit readiness and regulatory alignment.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Partner cross-functionally with Product, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Commercial teams to strengthen a quality-first culture across the organisation.</span></li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Person:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Must have:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Significant experience in senior Quality leadership roles within retail, FMCG, food manufacturing, supply chain or logistics environments.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Proven ability to lead and develop medium-to-large sized, high-performing Quality teams, building capability and driving performance across multiple locations.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Deep expertise in audit frameworks, regulatory compliance, product safety and risk-based quality governance.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience leading quality across manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments, including operational audits and standards.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Experience managing supplier quality frameworks, including approvals, audits and ongoing performance monitoring.</span></li><li style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Strong experience using quality data, KPIs and reporting frameworks to drive improvement and inform decision-making.</span></li></ul><p>Desirable:</p><ul><li>Experience designing or governing global Quality Management Systems (QMS) within complex or international organisations.</li><li>Experience supporting international operations or new site readiness, including quality systems and governance.</li><li>You'll also bring the ability to influence senior stakeholders, take a data-led approach to decision making, and lead with a collaborative, people-focused style.</li></ul></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p><span style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;
