<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">HR Shared Services Advisor | Supply Chain </span></strong></span><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">We are working with a growing, people-focused business looking to bring in a HR Shared Services Advisor to join their team.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of HR operations, supporting a fast-paced environment and delivering a really positive employee experience across a supply chain setting.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">You'll be part of a busy and collaborative team, acting as a key point of contact for managers and employees across operational and head office functions.</span><br><br><strong><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What you'll be doing:</span></strong><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries across the business</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Supporting with employee relations queries and guiding managers through day-to-day issues</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Managing HR administration across the full employee lifecycle</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Maintaining HR systems and ensuring data is accurate and up to date</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Working closely with the wider HR team to support key projects and initiatives</span><br><br><strong><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What we're looking for</span></strong><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Previous experience in a HR Shared Services or HR Advisor role</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Experience within a supply chain, logistics or operational environment would be highly beneficial</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Comfortable managing a range of HR queries in a fast-paced setting</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Strong attention to detail and organisational skills</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">* Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships across different areas of the business</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This is a great role for someone looking to continue developing within a supportive HR team, with exposure to a really dynamic operational environment.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 8pt;">Salary up to c£35,000 DOE </span></p><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 8pt;">Please apply with your most up to date CV. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">BH35755</span></p></dd>
