<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">HR Shared Services Administrator | Supply Chain </span><br></span></strong></span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">We are working with a fantastic business who are looking to bring in a HR Shared Services Administrator to support their People team.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career, or someone who enjoys the detail side of HR and being part of a busy, fast-moving environment, particularly within supply chain.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">You'll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.</span><br><br><strong><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What you'll be doing</span></strong><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Supporting with HR administration across the full employee lifecycle</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentation</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Maintaining and updating HR systems and employee records</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Supporting onboarding processes for new starters</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Acting as a first point of contact for basic HR queries</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Supporting the wider HR team with day-to-day tasks and projects</span><br><br><strong><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What we're looking for</span></strong><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Previous experience in a HR Administration or similar role</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Experience within a supply chain, logistics or operational environment would be desirable</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Strong attention to detail and organisation</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Comfortable working with systems and data</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> A proactive approach and willingness to learn</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> A positive and team-focused mindset</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This is a great opportunity to build your HR experience in a supportive environment, with exposure to a fast-paced and operationally focused business.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Salary up to £30,000 DOE </span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Please apply with your most up-to-date CV. </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">BH35756</span></p></dd>
