This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, is passionate about HR and office administration, and enjoys working with people.<br><br><strong>Whats in it for you?</strong></p><ul><li>Basic salary of between £26k - £30k experience dependent </li><li>25 days holiday + bank holiday + your birthday off! </li><li>Private Healthcare </li><li>Wellbeing support </li><li>Free Breakfast, drinks &amp; snacks in the office </li><li>Free parking </li><li>Discounted Childcare </li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and processing documents.</li><li>Coordinate recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and liaising with candidates.</li><li>Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, processing background checks, and conducting orientations.</li><li>Handle general office management duties, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and overseeing facility maintenance.</li><li>Organise and coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and documents.</li><li>Greeting visitors to the office </li></ul><p><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in HR or office administration, or a similar role.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work efficiently.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.</li></ul><p>Please apply today with your most up-to-date CV! </p><p>BH35758</p></dd>
