<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>HR Business Partner | Supply Chain | Union Experience Essential </strong></span><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">We are working with a fast-paced, operational business looking to bring in a HR Business Partner to support their supply chain function.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, partnering with leaders on the ground and playing a key role in shaping people strategy in a complex, unionised environment.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This isn't a role where you'll sit on the sidelines, you'll be visible, hands-on and right at the heart of the business.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What you'll be doing</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Partnering with senior stakeholders across the supply chain and operational teams</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Supporting and coaching leaders on all areas of people management</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Leading on employee relations activity, including complex casework</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Building strong relationships with union representatives and supporting ongoing union engagement</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Supporting organisational change, restructures and transformation activity</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Using data and insight to influence decision making and improve performance</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Working closely with the wider People team to deliver key initiatives</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What we're looking for</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Proven experience as a HR Business Partner within a supply chain, logistics or operational environment</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Strong experience working within a unionised setting is essential</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Confident managing complex ER cases and supporting senior stakeholders</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> A hands-on approach with the ability to balance both strategic and operational priorities</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">* Strong relationship builder who can influence at all levels</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This is a great opportunity to join a business where HR is genuinely valued and where you can have real impact within the operation.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Salary £50,000 </span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Please apply with your most up to date CV </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">BH35757</span></p></dd>
