<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><strong>HR Business Partner | Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Benefits | Field-based</strong></p><p>Zachary Daniels are partnering with a leading retailer to recruit a hands-on HR Business Partner to support their retail teams. </p><p>This is a true business partnering role - working closely with leaders across the retail operation to drive the people agenda, embed core values, and deliver smart, commercial HR support where it counts.</p><p>We're looking for someone who is confident working at pace, loves getting under the skin of a business, and thrives on building great relationships with stakeholders at all levels.</p><p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Supporting and delivering the people plan across a regional retail population</p></li><li><p>Partnering with managers and leaders - coaching, advising, and constructively challenging where needed</p></li><li><p>Driving employee engagement, performance, and talent conversations</p></li><li><p>Handling day-to-day ER issues with confidence and care</p></li><li><p>Leading and supporting change programmes in a fast-moving environment</p></li><li><p>Bringing a commercial, people-first lens to all activity</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a fast-paced environment (ideally retail or hospitality)</p></li><li><p>Strong ER background with the confidence to influence and challenge</p></li><li><p>Experience working across field and/or head office populations</p></li><li><p>A natural relationship-builder and coach</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions</p></li><li><p>CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)</p></li></ul><p><strong>What's on offer:</strong></p><ul><li><p>A salary of up to £80,000</p></li><li><p>Bonus and a strong benefits package</p></li><li><p>The chance to join a collaborative, values-led team</p></li></ul><p>If you're a confident, people-focused HRBP looking for your next challenge - we'd love to hear from you.</p><p>BBBH34930</p></dd>
