<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong data-start="108" data-end="159">HR Business Partner </strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">We're partnering with a leading fashion retailer on the search for a HR Business Partner to support their UK retail estate across the South. This is a hands-on, people-first role where you'll work closely with Area and Store Managers to drive performance, culture and capability across a fast-paced, customer-focused business.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong data-start="493" data-end="517">What you'll be doing</strong></span></p><ul data-start="520" data-end="1519"><li data-start="520" data-end="659"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Partner with retail leadership on all people matters including workforce planning, succession, talent pipelines and new store openings.</span></li><li data-start="660" data-end="807"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Lead ER across the region (advice, investigations, disciplinaries/grievances), coaching managers to handle issues with confidence and fairness.</span></li><li data-start="808" data-end="914"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Deliver the retail people plan: engagement, wellbeing, DE&amp;I and ways of working that lift performance.</span></li><li data-start="915" data-end="1053"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Oversee recruitment across stores, ensuring quality hires and quick turnaround, supporting with selection and assessment where needed.</span></li><li data-start="1054" data-end="1166"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Support learning and development: induction, manager capability, bite-size training and on-the-job coaching.</span></li><li data-start="1167" data-end="1262"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Guide annual HR cycles including performance, pay and reward inputs, bonus and recognition.</span></li><li data-start="1263" data-end="1353"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Use people data and insights to identify trends, recommend actions and measure impact.</span></li><li data-start="1354" data-end="1418"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Act as custodian of HR policy and employment law compliance.</span></li><li data-start="1419" data-end="1519"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Be visible in store; build trusted relationships with managers and teams through regular visits.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong data-start="1521" data-end="1534">About you</strong></span></p><ul data-start="1537" data-end="1889"><li data-start="1537" data-end="1614"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Proven experience in a multi-site retail HR role, ideally within fashion.</span></li><li data-start="1615" data-end="1685"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Strong ER experience and confident knowledge of UK employment law.</span></li><li data-start="1686" data-end="1803"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Commercial, data-literate and solutions-focused, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.</span></li><li data-start="1804" data-end="1889"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Organised, resilient and comfortable in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong data-start="1891" data-end="1904">Why join?</strong></span></p><ul data-start="1907" data-end="2132"><li data-start="1907" data-end="1963"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">High-impact remit across a recognised fashion brand.</span></li><li data-start="1964" data-end="2033"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Autonomy to shape and deliver the people agenda across the South.</span></li><li data-start="2034" data-end="2132"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Supportive leadership, collaborative culture and genuine opportunities for career development.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong>Salary: c.£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong>BBBH34497</strong></span></p></dd>
