<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">HR Advisor | </span>Supply Chain | Union Experience Essential </strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">We are working with a fast-paced, operational business looking to bring in a HR Advisor to support their supply chain function.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, supporting managers day to day and getting stuck into a wide range of HR activity within a busy, unionised environment.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">You'll be visible, hands-on and a key support to both the people team and operational leaders.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What you'll be doing</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries across the supply chain function</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Supporting managers with employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Building strong relationships with stakeholders across operational teams</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Supporting with union interactions and day-to-day engagement</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Managing HR administration across the employee lifecycle</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Supporting onboarding, offboarding and changes within the business</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Working closely with the wider HR team on projects and initiatives</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What we're looking for</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Previous experience in a HR Advisor role within a supply chain, logistics or operational environment</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Experience working within a unionised setting would be highly beneficial</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Confident supporting on ER casework and advising managers</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;"> Strong organisational skills and attention to detail</span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">* A proactive and hands-on approach</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This is a great opportunity to develop your HR experience within a business where you'll gain real exposure to a busy operational environment.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Please apply with your most up to date CV! </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">BH35757</span></p></dd>
