This is not just a standing filling shelves type of job. If you have the personality that our customers will appreciate, and if you enjoy an environment where you can really engage with the customer, then this could be the role for you.</p><p>Your day will be varied, from delivering service with a smile at the till to engaging with customers to help them find their ideal products.</p><p>You will need to have to have a flexible approach as there will be times when you will be supporting other areas of the Store to meet the business needs.</p><p>Previous experience working with plants and garden care is preferred.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><p>The following details the main responsibilities for this position. However, this is not a definitive list and a flexible approach to work duties is expected from all members of our team.</p><span><ul><li>Actively promote bestselling lines and key products.</li><li>Ensure stock is available across all ranges.</li><li>Ensure smooth transition of range changes to minimise disruption.</li><li>Ensure the department is correctly priced across all products.</li><li>Ensure live plants are correctly watered and cared for</li><li>Adhere to, and correctly implement shop floor processes, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Adhere to, and correctly implement reduced and waste processes.</li><li>High standards of housekeeping across the department.</li></ul></span></div><div class="row" style="margin-top: 5vh;"><div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-4 col-sm-offset-4">
