Find and react quickly to trends, sounds, formats, and cultural moments</li><li>Astute knowledge of the platform&#39;s best practices</li><li>Guide key stakeholders on content performance and strategy</li><li>Communicate with buyers on what products are needed to be filmed.</li><li><p>Production &amp; Shooting</p><ul><li><p>Source products, props, and in-store locations for shoots</p></li><li><p>Travel to film content as required</p></li><li><p>Shoot high-quality vertical video using mobile</p></li><li><p>Highly confident performing in videos.</p></li><li><p>Direct colleagues or contributors where needed</p></li></ul></li><li>Editing &amp; Post-Production<ul><li><p>Experienced CapCut user (or other mobile video editing tool) to edit videos, including captions, text overlays, sound, and pacing</p></li><li><p>Optimise edits for retention, hook strength, and platform performance</p></li><li><p>Maintain a consistent visual and tonal style</p></li></ul></li><li>Publishing &amp; Community<ul><li>Upload, schedule, and publish content natively on TikTok</li><li>Write captions and apply relevant hashtags and sounds</li><li>Monitor comments and engagement where required</li></ul></li><li>Performance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track and analyse content performance (views, watch time, engagement, retention)</li><li>Identify patterns in high-performing vs low-performing content</li><li>Report insights and recommendations back to senior stakeholders</li></ul></li></ul></div>
