Main Aspects of the Role: <ul><li style="text-align: justify">To measure area accurately to make sure door / frame fits </li><li style="text-align: justify">Complete all paperwork / reports prior to going over with client</li><li style="text-align: justify">Check site access for furniture and vehicles</li><li style="text-align: justify">Run through furniture content and material with client to confirm work to be carried out</li><li style="text-align: justify">Discuss and agree any changes needed </li><li style="text-align: justify">Return all signed docs to office</li><li style="text-align: justify">Discuss any changes needed with sales if required</li><li style="text-align: justify">Assist the DO with the SAF process including, when necessary, site visits</li><li style="text-align: justify">Assessing the viability of the fit, putting an action plan in place for fitters to work too or recommending where necessary that the fit is rejected</li></ul><ul><li style="text-align: justify">To ensure all work is completed in compliance with company specifications</li><li style="text-align: justify">Handle all client queries promptly and ensure all payments are received on time</li><li style="text-align: justify">Conduct site safety inspections and safety of the fitters working practices</li><li style="text-align: justify">Visit all assigned installations and fitting teams associated when needed</li><li style="text-align: justify">Monitor the fitting teams, ensuring vans & equipment are properly maintained to the highest standards </li><li style="text-align: justify">Ownership of the job through to final completion including collection of 2nd deposits (to be introduced at a future date) & chasing final balance payment</li><li style="text-align: justify">Reports must be filled out on site or following a site visit.
