Reporting to the Senior Experimentation Manager, this role focuses on helping teams implement experimentation correctly, maintain data quality, and triage technical considerations.</p><p>This is a <strong>support and enablement role</strong>, not a platform ownership or architectural authority position. It is designed for someone developing deeper technical expertise in experimentation within a structured, supported environment.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Act as an advocate for experimentation at Frasers Group, supporting the Senior Experimentation Manager in building safe and effective experimentation practices.</li><li>Support teams using experimentation platforms (e.g. Optimizely) by helping them follow agreed setup patterns, permissions, and usage guidelines.</li><li>Provide guidance on client-side and server-side experimentation concepts, feature flags, and basic implementation considerations.</li><li>Assist teams in understanding and applying recommended SDK usage patterns, flagging complex or high-risk scenarios where appropriate.</li><li>Support the use of agreed experimentation events, metrics, and exposure logging, working with Analytics and Data teams to validate implementations.</li><li>Help identify common tracking, instrumentation, or configuration issues and support troubleshooting alongside relevant teams.</li><li>Assist with experiment readiness checks by reviewing tracking setup, audience configuration, and basic performance considerations.</li><li>Work closely with Engineering, Analytics, and Platform teams to build shared understanding of experimentation tooling and data flows.</li><li>Contribute to documentation, guidance, and enablement materials to help teams self-serve more effectively.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Experience building experiments with using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, using relevant Experimentation software (such as Optimizely, AB Tasty, Monetate, Dynamic Yield).</li><li>Basic understanding of client-side and server-side experimentation concepts, A/B testing, and feature flags.</li><li>Interest in data quality, instrumentation, and how experimentation data is collected and analysed.</li><li>Ability to identify issues, ask the right technical questions, and escalate appropriately.</li><li>Strong organisational and time-management skills.</li><li>Good communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Experience in eCommerce or digital product environments is desirable.</li><li>Valid working rights for the EMEA countries.</li></ul><p> </p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:</p><p><strong>Reward, Recognition and Opportunities</strong></p><p><strong>Frasers Champion</strong>- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
