Reporting to the Senior Experimentation Manager, this role focuses on strengthening experimentation thinking, defining goals and measures of success, and supporting teams to use experimentation as a learning and decision-making tool regardless of channel, platform, or execution method.</p><p>This role goes beyond classic on-site optimisation. You will help teams frame problems, define success metrics, interpret results, and embed experimentation into their ways of working across Product, Trade, Personalisation, Content, and Marketing.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Act as an advocate for experimentation at Frasers Group, supporting the Senior Experimentation Manager in developing a strong experimentation culture and decision-making mindset.</li><li>Support experimentation programmes and roadmaps by working with cross-functional teams to identify meaningful learning opportunities aligned to business objectives.</li><li>Help teams define clear goals, success measures, and hypotheses to ensure experimentation activity is focused on learning and impact rather than output.</li><li>Provide guidance on experimentation best practices, supporting teams through ideation, design, execution, and interpretation of results.</li><li>Support experimentation activity across multiple channels and platforms, not limited to on-site optimisation or CRO.</li><li>Partner with Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to translate business questions into effective experimentation approaches.</li><li>Support analysis and interpretation of experiment results, helping teams draw clear, actionable insights.</li><li>Present insights and learnings to stakeholders in a clear and structured way, supporting confident decision making.</li><li>Support multiple experimentation initiatives in a fast-paced environment, maintaining quality and consistency.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in experimentation, analytics, optimisation, or related digital roles.</li><li>Experience using experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, AB Tasty, Monetate, or Dynamic Yield.</li><li>Strong understanding of experimentation principles, hypothesis-led thinking, and measurement.</li><li>Good analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or ContentSquare.</li><li>Comfortable working with metrics and measures of success across different channels and initiatives.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to interpret experiment results and communicate implications clearly.</li><li>Experience in eCommerce or digital product environments is desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or CSS is advantageous but not required.</li><li>Valid working rights for EMEA countries.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:</p><p><strong>Reward, Recognition and Opportunities</strong></p><p><strong>Frasers Champion</strong>- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.</p>
