You'll work closely with teams across property, finance, legal and operations, helping to drive value, manage cost and optimise performance across a diverse portfolio.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This opportunity would suit an experienced Estates Manager who combines strong technical property knowledge with commercial awareness and the confidence to influence stakeholders. Experience in retail or hospitality estate management is essential.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">As an Estates Manager, you'll take ownership of a varied and commercially focused workload across an established UK portfolio.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">You'll be responsible for managing landlord relationships, overseeing lease events and ensuring the estate is delivering maximum value while supporting wider business objectives.
