If you're someone who likes to roll your sleeves up, get out to sites, solve problems in real time and take full ownership of projects from concept to completion this Estate Manager role could be for you.</span></p><h3 class="" data-end="600" data-start="586" data-section-id="t87hgr"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">The Role</span></h3><p class="" data-end="817" data-start="601"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">As an Estate Manager, you'll take the lead on managing the full lifecycle of the retail estate across the UK &amp; Ireland from new store openings and refits through to maintenance and compliance across existing sites.</span></p><p class="" data-end="1004" data-start="819"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">It's a broad, high-impact role where you'll work closely with landlords, contractors, internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high standard.</span></p><h3 class="" data-end="1032" data-start="1006" data-section-id="1g4zhju"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What You'll Be Doing</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Managing new store openings, refurbishments and fit-outs from concept through to delivery</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Overseeing repairs, maintenance and ongoing estate performance</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Leading project timelines, budgets and contractors on site</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Acting as the key link between internal stakeholders and external partners (landlords, agents, contractors)</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Handling site due diligence, planning and statutory approvals</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Driving quality, compliance and sustainability standards across the estate</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and cost control</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Building strong working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders</span></li></ul><h3 class="" data-end="1701" data-start="1673" data-section-id="12qim98"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What We're Looking For</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Experience in estate management, retail construction or property project management</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Background in retail or hospitality environments is essential</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Proven track record delivering multi-site projects (openings, refits, maintenance)</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Strong understanding of leases, landlords and construction processes</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Comfortable managing budgets and working commercially</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">A proactive, solutions-focused mindset - someone who just gets things done</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Confident communicator who can influence and manage multiple stakeholders</span></li></ul><h3 class="" data-end="2248" data-start="2232" data-section-id="u8jd3e"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">The Person</span></h3><p class="" data-end="2333" data-start="2249"><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This business has a down-to-earth, "get stuck in" culture.
