<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p data-end="152" data-start="124"><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Employee Relations Advisor</strong></p><p data-end="351" data-start="154">We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced People team, delivering a high-quality, consistent and commercially focused ER service across the business.</p><p data-end="726" data-start="353">Reporting into the People Advice Manager, you'll play a key role in managing employee relations cases end to end, providing practical guidance to managers and helping to ensure fair, balanced and legally compliant outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands on, working at pace and building strong relationships across a multi-site environment.</p><p data-end="750" data-start="728"><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><p data-end="1401" data-start="752"> Managing a wide range of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance<br data-end="861" data-start="858"> Advising and coaching managers on best practice and UK employment law<br data-end="935" data-start="932"> Supporting on more complex and sensitive cases, escalating where appropriate<br data-end="1016" data-start="1013"> Assisting with business change activity including redundancy and consultation processes<br data-end="1108" data-start="1105"> Supporting with settlement agreements and documentation preparation<br data-end="1180" data-start="1177"> Helping maintain and review People policies to ensure compliance and consistency<br data-is-only-node="" data-end="1265" data-start="1262"> Monitoring ER trends and highlighting potential risks or themes<br data-end="1333" data-start="1330"> Supporting the delivery of ER guidance and training for managers</p><p data-end="1422" data-start="1403"><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p><p data-end="1901" data-start="1424"> Strong employee relations experience within a fast-paced, multi-site or complex business<br data-end="1517" data-start="1514"> Good practical knowledge of UK employment law<br data-end="1567" data-start="1564"> Confidence in advising and influencing managers at different levels<br data-end="1639" data-start="1636"> Experience supporting redundancy or wider business change activity<br data-end="1710" data-start="1707"> A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement<br data-end="1775" data-start="1772"> CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards is desirable<br data-is-only-node="" data-end="1834" data-start="1831">* Experience within a unionised environment would be advantageous</p><p data-is-only-node="" data-is-last-node="" data-end="2106" data-start="1903">This is a brilliant opportunity for an ER professional who enjoys being visible, trusted and commercially aware, and who wants to continue developing within a supportive and forward-thinking People team.</p><p data-is-only-node="" data-is-last-node="" data-end="2106" data-start="1903">Salary £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience. </p><p data-is-only-node="" data-is-last-node="" data-end="2106" data-start="1903">Please apply with your most up to date CV. </p><p data-is-only-node="" data-is-last-node="" data-end="2106" data-start="1903">BH35528</p></dd>
