<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Employee Relations Advisor | 3 Month FTC | Immediate Start</strong></span></p><p>I'm currently supporting a well-known retail business who are looking to bring in an Employee Relations Advisor on a 3 month fixed term contract to support the People team during a busy period.</p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a range of employee relations matters while partnering closely with managers across the business.</p><p>The role will be hands-on from day one, so we're ideally looking for someone who can start immediately. </p><p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><p> Managing a range of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations and absence management<br> Coaching and advising managers on employee relations matters and best practice<br> Supporting with investigations and preparing documentation for hearings<br> Ensuring all cases are handled in line with company policy and employment legislation<br> Working closely with the wider People team to support day-to-day HR activity where needed</p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><p> Previous experience in a HR Advisor / ER Advisor role<br> Strong employee relations knowledge and confidence managing cases end to end<br> Retail, hospitality or multi-site experience would be a bonus<br> Someone who is pragmatic, calm and able to build strong relationships with managers<br> Available to start immediately or at short notice</p><p>This is a great opportunity to join a supportive People team and make an immediate impact during an important period for the business.</p><p>If this sounds like something you'd like to hear more about, I'd love to have a conversation.<br><br>Salary up to £45,000 <br>Please apply with your most up-to-date to date CV. </p><p>BH35706</p></dd>
