Choose a career with us and make a difference.</p><p>We're looking for an <strong>Employee Experience Advisor</strong> to play a key role in creating a culture where colleagues and volunteers feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference.</p><p>This is more than a HR role - it's an opportunity to influence meaningful change, champion inclusion, and help build an organisation where everyone can do their best work.</p><p>As part of our People & Culture team, you'll work in partnership with leaders, colleagues, and volunteers to bring our <strong>Employee Experience, Engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion ambitions to life</strong>.</p><p>You'll help embed initiatives that strengthen our culture, support our people through change, and enhance our Employee Value Proposition.</p><p><strong>Working hours:</strong> 35 hours / Monday – Friday<br><strong>Location:</strong> Homebased<br><strong>Hybrid role</strong>: Flexibility around you and the needs of the operation, travel into our London Hub may potentially be once per month or less for in person catch ups and connection.</p><p>It's important to us that you feel part of our team from the start.
