Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.</p><p><span>As the Ecommerce Analyst you will support ecommerce performance across the UK, ROW &amp; EU markets through robust analysis, reporting and insight. You will analyse ecommerce trading, customer behaviour and digital performance data, producing clear reporting and contributing to forecasting and KPI tracking to support informed decision making.</span></p><div><p><span>Working closely with Digital Marketing, Trade, Digital Product and Operations teams, you will help identify trends, highlight risks and opportunities, and support optimisation initiatives across the ecommerce journey. This role requires strong analytical capability, commercial awareness and a proactive, collaborative approach, with a focus on turning data into practical actions that improve performance.</span></p><p><strong>You'll be;</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Reviewing sales data, identifying trends, creating reports, and evaluating market changes.</span></p></li></ul></div><ul><li><p><span>Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data related to Ecommerce performance, including sales, website traffic, and customer behaviour.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partnering with digital marketing teams to understand and analyse marketing campaign impact on DTC performance, through collaborative channel reporting.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Using statistical methods and data visualisation techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborating on sales forecasting and resource planning based on trends identified through data analysis.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborating with the Ecommerce Assistant Manager and Digital Product teams with developing and analysing A/B tests, optimising user journeys, and suggesting improvements for efficiency.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Working closely with digital marketing, trade, and technology teams to support strategy development and tactical execution that drives results.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>You'll have;</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>A bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business or a related field.</span></p></li><li><p><span>3 years of Ecommerce experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.</span></p></li><li><p><span>An understanding of Ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Technical Skills: E-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce), ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics), analytics tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI, Mixpanel).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analytical Skills: Critical thinking, data interpretation, problem-solving, ability to make decisions based on insights.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Soft Skills: Clear communication, strong organization, effective project management, and a customer-centric approach.</span></p></li></ul>
