People are at the heart of our retail concept, and we want to invest in our staff and make the future extraordinary.</p><p>As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Digital Trading Executive.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>The Digital Trading Executive will support in delivering the online Trading and Merchandising strategy across several key product categories with accountability for core Ecommerce KPIs. They will have complete responsibility for sales, margin and conversion targets in these major selling areas, working closely with the relevant teams to understand product development and commercial opportunities. They will exploit maximum commercial value from each category and product, while maintaining excellent customer experience. To achieve this, they will have at their disposal a suite of merchandising and search technology, analytics, and business intelligence tools to maximise visibility, conversion rates, cross-selling opportunities and ultimately, sales growth. This role requires strong commercial awareness, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Support Trading and Online Merchandising of products on our customer-facing transactional websites.</li><li>Understand and optimise the onsite customer journey and continuously seek ways to improve this by presenting products in the most effective way</li><li>Organise and optimise category structure, product sequencing, filters, and taxonomy for a seamless customer journey, considering different user experiences and platforms, e.g. desktop/tablet/mobile.</li><li>Work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders across Email, Social, Buying, Design, Digital Marketing, Operations, Digital Development and UX/CRO.</li><li>Managing sales and conversion targets for assigned product categories and onsite taxonomy – using data to drive actionable insights with the ability to identity problems and offer viable solutions</li><li>Monitoring site performance and using data to identify opportunities for improvement across core metrics: Sales, CVR, AOV, Margin, Bounce Rate</li><li>Supporting and executing overall SEO strategy</li><li>Regular competitor analysis reviewing competitor sites for pricing, product range, navigation, and promotional strategy, identifying any missed opportunities and where we can adapt</li><li>Owning promotional execution onsite – staying close to promotional messages and ensuring seamless online execution with a customer-centric approach</li><li>Monitor emerging trends and seasonal changes, aligning merchandising plans with customer demand and market condition, ensuring relevant products are merchandised and traded accordingly</li><li>Working with Operations teams to ensure maximum availability allowing campaigns to run effectively</li><li>Support in homepage and onsite page builds, working closely with the Design team and external suppliers</li></ul></span><p style="margin-left:36.0pt;"> </p><p><strong>Person Specification:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Ecommerce experience preferably within a fast-paced retail environment with an adaptable and proactive approach. </li><li>Understanding of and ability to report on core Ecommerce KPIs in an effective manner</li><li>Confident with analysing data, BI reporting tools, Microsoft Office, Google sheets and other tools</li><li>SAP experience (preferred but not essential)</li><li>Ability to work well in a team as well as individually, with strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, with an eagerness to test and learn with a customer-first approach</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Experience in working with external agencies across SEO and Paid Channels</li></ul></span><p> </p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Pension</li><li>Long service awards</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li></ul></span><p> </p><p><strong>Position: </strong>Permanent, Full-time</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>London & Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite.</p></div><div class="row" style="margin-top: 5vh;"><div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-4 col-sm-offset-4">
