We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Content and Assets Manager to join our team as maternity cover for 12 months to help support this journey.You’ll be responsible for developing the strategic content plan to deliver the defined business KPIs. list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Be responsible for overseeing all digital content initiatives to ensure brand consistency and a positive customer experience</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Share content across the business to raise brand awareness and drive engagement, whilst monitoring defined metrics to support performance.</li></ul>The role sits within the Digital Experience team, reporting to the Senior Digital Experience & Creative Manager and leading a team of 2 direct reports. You’ll work cross-functionally with other teams in Digital, including the Digital Trading & Digital Marketing team, the CRM team and the Digital Development team, whilst working with other stakeholders across our Marketing, Commercial, IT and Operations functions.  What you’ll be doing:<ul style="margin-bottom: 0px; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Establishing and owning a content calendar to create short and long-term content for specific digital channels and CRM programmes, along with wider business stakeholders such as internal communications, investor relations and corporate communications</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Planning, developing and monitoring digital content to reach specific audiences or objectives</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Working closely with our agency production partner to create engaging content that meets business objectives and brand standards</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Ownership of agency output and day-to-day relationship management; ensuring all business expectations, ways of working and KPIs are adhered to </li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Reporting on performance and analytics of content and pages</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Manage content distribution to the wider marketing and digital team </li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Performing/overseeing audits on existing digital content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines for tone of voice and optimisation</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Collaborating with the Digital Design team, CRM team and social team to plan and develop channel-applicable content, style and layout</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Work closely with the CRM team to identify, develop, track and surface ongoing content that can support the broader Mission Motivation Engine (MME) CRM strategy</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Monitoring and researching competitors to identify content gaps</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Ensuring high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Working very closely with the SEO agency and team to ensure all content follows SEO best practices</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Ensuring content is compliant with law (e.g. copyright, GDPR and data protection)</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Manage the content budget to ensure a year-round production schedule</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-variant: normal; list-style-type: disc; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;">Leading the Digital Content team (2 direct reports) </li></ul> What are we looking for?An experienced Digital Content and Assets Manager with hands-on experience in content optimisation and brand consistency. You will be detail-oriented, a confident communicator and a collaborative team player who is looking to work with a successful team.
