People are at the heart of our retail concept, and we want to invest in our staff and make the future extraordinary.</p><p>As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Demand Planner to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>To deliver accurate demand forecasts and effective replenishment by managing forecasting outputs, maintaining system accuracy, and providing actionable insights to support stock availability and promotional activity.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Demand Forecasting &amp; Planning</p><span><ul><li>Run demand forecasts and place orders in line with generated system outputs and business requirements.</li><li>Monitor daily forecast outputs and system alerts.</li><li>Manage SKU / Order exceptions flagged, liaising with buying teams.</li><li>Review and analyse demand, ensuring forecasts reflect expected demand patterns, including promotional events.</li><li>Review the promotional calendar to ensure all future activity is correctly loaded into systems.</li><li>Liaising with buying on product assortment, forecast exceptions which will impact ordering.</li><li>Identify SKUs where actual sales significantly deviate from forecast, reviewing anomalies to ensure model accuracy and identifying root cause.</li></ul></span><p style="margin-left:35.45pt;">&nbsp;</p><p>Replenishment, Ordering &amp; Allocations</p><span><ul><li>Set system allocations, including reviewing future allocations to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Maintain and create suitable ordering schedules to support stock availability and replenishment efficiency.</li><li>Review, promotional allocations at store level to ensure the system is accounting for this, liaising with stock controllers to ensure promotional data is captured within the system.</li><li>Review orders that are not regionalised and take corrective action where required.</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Person Specification:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Experience in demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, or supply chain within a retail or FMCG environment.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and anomalies.</li><li>Experience working with forecasting or replenishment systems is desirable.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI or analytics tools.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.</li><li>Strong commercial awareness combined with confident communication.</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Pension</li><li>Long service awards</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position: </strong>Permanent, Full-time</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Plymouth, Devon</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div><div class="row" style="margin-top: 5vh;"><div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-4 col-sm-offset-4">
