<p><strong>Customer Service Apprentice</strong></p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Office based, full time (40 hours), 08:30 to 17:30 - Monday to Friday. There is occasional Saturday working (for which you will receive a day in lieu).</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> Starting salary of £25,397 Per annum</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong> 6 weeks holiday, 15% staff discount, staff benefits package, free refreshments available in the staff canteen, free onsite car parking.</p><p>We are looking to recruit a <strong>Customer Service Apprentice</strong> for our office, based in Monkspath, Solihull, B90 4NU.</p><p>This is a permanent, full-time office based position.</p><p><strong>What does the apprenticeship involve?</strong></p><p>- Working in a busy customer service department and learning how to be a great customer service advisor for the first six months.</p><p>- Experience running and managing a small team while learning how managing a Farmfoods department works, with on-the-job training.</p><p>- Regular pre-arranged visits (every 6 to 8 weeks) from an assessor from our apprenticeship provider.
