Reporting directly to the Team Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our Store or Warehouse projects on track and on budget.</p><p> </p><p>From managing purchase orders and complex trackers to preparing high-level reports for our International HQ, you’ll ensure our construction goals are met with signature Lidl efficiency. </div><div><ul><li>Supporting the Construction department with end to end administrative support </li><li>Preparing, processing and documenting tasks, projects and sub projects in the team </li><li>Raise and track POs, manage invoicing and budget tracking</li><li>Responsible for the teams reporting, preparing weekly and monthly reports for key stakeholders, ensuring trackers are up to date</li><li>Minute taking, supporting the team with slide deck and other document preparation </li><li>Organisation and preperation for national events held by the department</li><li>Ad hoc administrative support for colleagues or line management on projects as required </li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise well</li><li>Ability to work to tight deadlines and to deliver accurate results</li><li>Good attention to detail </li><li>A team player with a 'can do' attitude, who is adaptable and keen to learn </li><li>Knowledge of Google Suite is preferable </li><li>Experience in the construction industry is a plus </li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
