We’re curious, collaborative, and passionate about what we do. </strong><br><strong>Just like you.</strong></p><p>We are looking for a proactive, organised self-starter to play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of comms and events to continue to build and strengthen our brand identity and help drive consideration among our target audiences to increase basket spend and market share. This position is a Comms & Events Administrator, reporting into the Team Manager, Talkability.</p></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll do</u></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Assisting with proactive and reactive press office</li><li>Overseeing and supporting on Taste Tests, including reporting</li><li>Overseeing and assisting with the project management of talkability campaigns and event activations – from quarterly wine events and festivals to agricultural shows</li><li>Writing and delivering creative task briefs for partnership and experiential activity</li><li>Ensuring relevant status sheets and KPI trackers are up to date and making updates where necessary</li><li>Supporting on delivery of International partnerships</li><li>Supporting with onboarding new suppliers through the NDA and contract process</li><li>Collaborating closely with all areas of marketing and the business to execute successful campaigns</li><li>Supporting with writing and delivering presentations to senior management</li><li>Attending events that take place nationwide</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running concurrently</li><li>Impeccable communication skills and ability to adapt language and style</li><li>Previous experience in end-to-end project management within advertising or marketing is preferred</li><li>Stakeholder management skills</li><li>Retail based experience is preferred</li><li>Event management experience is preferred</li><li>Ability to effectively prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines</li><li>Strong Microsoft skills, including Word, Power Point and Excel</li><li>Clean driving license is preferred</li><li>German language desirable, but not essential</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
