<p>We are looking to recruit a Canteen Assistant&nbsp;who will be responsible for preparing hot &amp; cold food at our distribution centre&nbsp;in Avonmouth, Bristol.</p><p><strong>Pay, working hours &amp; benefits:</strong></p><p>We are looking for someone to join us working <strong>24 hours over 3 days</strong><strong>.</strong> We are looking for someone flexible with working hours as we have a range of timings that we are looking to cover. The days that you will be&nbsp;<strong>working are Frday, Saturday and Sunday.&nbsp;</strong>We may have overtime availalbe to cover annual leave.</p><p>We are looking for the successful candidate to be available to work between <strong>06:00 to 19:00</strong>.</p><p>The pay will be between&nbsp;<strong>£14.49&nbsp;</strong><strong>per hour to £16.91 per hour.</strong><br><br><strong>Duties</strong>:</p><ul><li>Food preparation tasks;</li><li>Cooking and counter serving of meals;</li><li>Receiving and moving of deliveries to kitchen storage;</li><li>Replenishment of fridges</li><li>Cleaning of kitchen utensils, appliances and surfaces.</li></ul><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><p>This is a busy canteen, so the ability to work under pressure without supervision is essential.&nbsp; Candidates should also be able to communicate effectively and posses general numeracy and literacy skills.</p><p>Food hygiene is very important, so we <strong>would need the successful candidate to have a level 2 food hygiene certificate.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>In return for your commitment you&nbsp;will be rewarded with benefits such as:</p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Paid annual leave</li><li>Staff discount</li><li>Free life assurance</li></ul><p><strong>A bit about us:</strong></p><p>Farmfoods are a family business with ambition.
