We are looking for a proactive Campaign manager to join Lidl GB to execute high-impact brand and trade campaigns, delivering our customers More to Value. Working within a collaborative and agile team, you’ll be responsible for managing end to end campaigns across owned and paid channels.<br>At Lidl, we offer a hybrid working model to give you the best of both worlds. </div><div><ul><li>Manage the execution of best in class brand and trade driving campaigns that deliver against business strategy and objectives</li><li>Own 360 campaign delivery across paid and owned channels</li><li>Manage and align internal stakeholders, external agencies and International counterparts, ensuring campaigns are aligned to the Global brand</li><li>Manage and optimize the campaign process from brief to execution to ensure efficient ways of working </li><li>Ensure all marketing materials have been through the necessary sign off processes and are compliant with internal and industry guidelines and standards</li><li>Support management of agency relationships to ensure that work is delivered to brief, on time and to budget, and that all KPI’s are met </li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Proven experience in brand campaign management</li><li>Experience of working in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects at the same time</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and social skills, including influencing and conflict management</li><li>Strong understanding of channel mix (AV, audio, press, OOH, social)</li><li>Experience of working with creative and media agencies to deliver campaigns with impact</li><li>Experience of project management tools such as Asana</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
