To be able to make the most of it you need to live and breathe our principles:</p><p>· Think without limits – Think, think fast, think fearlessly</p><p>· Own it and back yourself - Own the basics, own your role and own the results</p><p>· Be relevant - Relevant to our people, our partners and the planet</p><p>Are you ready to join the Fearless?</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>The responsibility</strong></p><p>You will support and assist with the coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific brand projects ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, commitments, and goals.</p><ul><li>Brand Co-ordinator will assist the Brand Lead and Creative Project Team on all brand projects, including our new store programme, across the existing estate and elevated stores.</li><li>Key interface between Project, Commercial, Marketing and Retail teams. As well as Brand partners and external stakeholders, assisting in communication and coordination of projects.</li><li>Successfully delivery of all branded projects with effective planning, approval, and implementation process</li><li>Assist with the collation and delivery of briefing documents.</li><li>Co-ordinate Brand technical approvals &amp; sign-off.</li><li>Reporting on progress of the brand projects to the team and key stakeholders</li><li>Provide efficient and timely support to other cross function departments where required.</li><li>Ensure Fraser Group Fascia DNA is protected; strive to constantly improve the process and quality.</li></ul><ul><li>Attend site visits with external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of each project</li><li>Produce project presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>The </strong><strong>essentials</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with working alongside 3rd Party Brands, Commercial, Buying and Merchandising functions</li><li>Experience working on live project environments, deadlines, and budgetary restrictions.</li><li>Experience working alongside different stakeholders; Internal, External &amp; Partners.</li><li>Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and trouble shoot during a project.</li><li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and work within agreed timescales.</li><li>Self-motivated, confident, opportunity seeker</li><li>Excellent organisational skills</li><li>Must have a critical eye for detail</li><li>Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally</li><li>Experience in retail design and shop fitting is preferred, but not critical.</li><li>Experience in interpreting space plans and technical drawings /manufacturing detail.</li><li>Experience in retail planning is desirable but not critical.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable to cope with fast-track projects and changing client requirements.</li><li>Commitment to continually developing ability and skill base.</li><li>Must be able to work well under tight deadlines and able to reprioritise efficiently.</li><li>Commitment to continually developing ability and skill base.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:</p><p>Frasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
