We have over 35 stores nationwide and with a portfolio of over 200 brands, FLANNELS offers a refined selection of the season’s most inspiring and sought-after collections&nbsp;</p><p><strong>We are looking for an experienced Beauty Floor Manager to join our team in our Luxury Flagship Store in Liverpool.</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p><p>As Beauty Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding luxury beauty experience while leading, inspiring, and developing the Beauty team within our flagship store.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Deliver a premium, highly personalised service, supported by expert beauty knowledge and product expertise.</li><li>Confidently demonstrate and apply products, offering tailored recommendations to meet individual customer needs.</li><li>Drive individual and team sales performance, taking ownership of KPIs and commercial results.</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop Beauty Ambassadors on the shop floor to achieve their full potential.</li><li>Build strong, long-lasting client relationships and proactively drive customer loyalty.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-store beauty events in partnership with brand partners.</li><li>Maintain exceptional standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall presentation.</li><li>Uphold impeccable personal grooming standards in line with company guidelines.</li><li>Support stock control, operational processes, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the wider store management team to maximise overall store performance.</li><li>Consistently champion FLANNELS’ culture, values, and brand image.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY</strong></p><p>This role is for the fearless.
