You will play a key role in shaping territory strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and elevating brand presence across multiple channels.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 8pt;">Alongside commercial delivery, a major focus will be on leading and developing a junior team, embedding structure, coaching for performance, and driving accountability.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong class=""><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></span></p><ul class="" type="disc"><li class="xMsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 8pt;">Lead, coach, and develop a junior wholesale team, setting clear expectations and ways of working</span></li><li class="xMsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 8pt;">Own and execute territory strategy across key accounts and growth channels</span></li><li class="xMsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 8pt;">Drive new business development and expand existing partnerships</span></li><li class="xMsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 8pt;">Maximise product visibility, category space, and brand presence in-store</span></li><li class="xMsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 8pt;">Forecast sales, manage pipelines, and deliver clear performance reporting</span></li><li class="xMsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 8pt;">Build strong relationships with retail partners, from independents to major chains</span></li><li class="xMsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 8pt;">Negotiate effectively to achieve commercial and strategic objectives</span></li><li class="xMsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 8pt;">Operate with agility in a fast-moving, evolving environment</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong class=""><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman';">About You</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 8pt;">You are a commercially driven leader who thrives in a hands-on, growth-focused role.
