You'll be the architect, the operator, and the face of affiliates at Holland & Barrett. If you want a blank canvas and the backing to do it right, this is it.</p><p><strong>What you'll actually be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Building the whole thing - strategy, structure, roadmap, and tech. You'll choose the networks, set the targets, and define what good looks like.</li><li>Partnering with the right people - wellness, health, lifestyle affiliates who actually move the needle. You'll recruit, negotiate, and nurture.</li><li>Driving performance - setting commercial goals, tracking ROI, and optimising campaigns to deliver incremental revenue.</li><li>Collaborating across Digital - Paid Media, SEO, CRM, Trading, Brand, Finance - you'll make sure affiliates are part of the bigger growth picture.</li><li>Innovating - testing new models, exploring automation, and scaling internationally.
