Fast paced and successful we would like a sales professional to grow our network and sales across ROI and Northern Ireland.</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service, along with proven ability to develop, strengthen, and secure long-term business relationships.</p><p>Our Contracts Division works with leading construction firms to provide:<br> <br> - UK-manufactured kitchens from unrivalled local stock<br> - Design support for efficient, accessible layouts<br> - Project coordination backed by 900+ depots nationwide<br> <br> We’re built to support developments at scale – without compromise</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing&nbsp; </strong></p><ul><li>Promoting and selling our full range of Howdens kitchens, accessories, appliances, and joinery products</li><li>Ensuring all processes are followed effectively and projects are delivered within agreed budgets</li><li>Grown new and existing customer base</li><li>Build strong relationships across construction and Kitchen industries</li><li>Work with Kitchen Designers to deliver smart, practical solutions</li><li>Handle enquiries professionally and promote our full product range</li><li>Guide customers through 3D design walkthroughs online</li><li>Liaise with Depots and NDCs to ensure customer satisfaction</li></ul><p><strong>What we need from you </strong></p><ul><li>Must have direct field sales experience</li><li>Business development experience gained ideally within construction or trade only environment</li><li>Kitchen sales experience is ideal</li><li>Ability to plan and organise own workload</li><li>Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to influence customers on order to realistically meeting expectations</li><li>Hold a full driving license</li></ul><p><strong>What we can offer you:</strong></p><ul><li>€55,000-60,000 OTE and bonus scheme</li><li>Company car, laptop and mobile</li><li>Pension plan (up to 12% employer contributions)</li><li>25 days rising to 27 days after 5 years’ service and 30 days after 10 years’ service</li><li>Staff discount on Howdens products</li><li>Share awards and prize draws</li></ul><p><strong>About Howdens</strong></p><p>Howdens Joinery is the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier providing thousands of products across kitchens, joinery, and hardware.
