<h2>About the role</h2><p>We’ve got a great opportunity to join the team that looks after the branch systems used across our Business Centres. Our Branch Systems team is responsible for our in-house system (MIDAS), which supports both Booker and Makro sites. You’ll be working closely with our Development and Operations teams to make sure everything runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.</p><p>As an IS Analyst (Branch Systems), you’ll be part of the wider IS team at Booker, helping to identify and report software bugs within the MIDAS applications. A bit of technical know-how and some previous experience in software testing would definitely be an advantage.</p><p>In addition to supporting the branch systems team deliver projects, it is expected that the successful candidate will offer 3rd line support to the Technical Support team. This involves being on call to offer out of hours support on a 1 week in 4 basis.</p><h2>Main Responsibilities</h2><p>In this position, a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills are required.
