You'll oversee daily QA operations and lead two QA Technicians to maintain food-safety and quality standards across all shifts. Reporting to the QA Manager, you will manage checks, from foreign-body audits and traceability exercises to label verification, weight control and environmental monitoring, while ensuring audit readiness and contributing to continuous improvement. You'll train and develop new technicians, collaborate with production and suppliers on non-conformances, and maintain accurate records.
