You will be joining the business at a time of significant growth and investment in Digital, the opportunity to be part of this digital transformation is huge.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Define & execute the strategic vision for the Product Discovery and Checkout/Payments domains, aligning with wider Business & Product OKRs and digital transformation goals. Quarterly strategic planning sessions will be owned & driven by You.</li><li>Own the product roadmap, prioritising initiatives that improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion. You will ensure that refinement and prioritisation processes maximise value delivery.</li><li>Lead, develop & mentor a team of 4 Product Owners, ensuring clarity of purpose, prioritisation, and excellence in execution.</li><li>Own the discovery, opportunity sizing and business casing of programme-level strategic initiatives driving major value for Frasers.</li><li>Ensure that comprehensive scoping & compliance documentation is maintained for product features, processes and updates.</li><li>Drive strategy behind UX optimisation across key on-site experience touchpoints, including homepage, product pages, search & filtering, cart, and checkout.</li><li>Work collaboratively with key senior stakeholders including UX Design, Technology, Optimisation, Finance Services, Trade, Marketing and others in support of the successful delivery of your products.</li><li>Optimise the checkout experience for our customers, while working closely with PSPs, payment providers, and regulatory partners to deliver secure, compliant, and high-converting solutions.</li><li>Enhance the content structure, navigation, and search experience, leveraging data and customer insights to drive iteration.</li><li>Consistently apply product best practices and act as an advocate for the product discipline across the business. Be a domain SME and represent the ‘voice of the customer’ through the product’s development.</li></ul><p><strong>This role is on a hybrid basis with 3 days onsite at our London Office, and 2 days from home.</strong></p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven experience delivering large-scale ecommerce products being presented to millions of global customers, ideally across both product discovery (search, navigation, content architecture, SEO) and checkout/payment flows.</li><li>Strong familiarity with the FinTech landscape and deep understanding of payment orchestration, PSD2, fraud prevention, delivery carriers, and cross-border compliance.</li><li>Experience managing site content structures, navigation & search frameworks, and content management systems (CMS).</li><li>Strong analytical mindset; comfortable making data-driven product decisions and setting measurable KPIs.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, able to inspire and align cross-functional teams around a shared product vision.</li><li>Deep understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.</li><li>Exposure to MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) is highly advantageous.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:</p><p><strong>Reward, Recognition and Opportunities</strong></p><p><strong>Frasers Champion</strong>- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
