<p>Sales</p><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Deliver, maximise and exceed sales targets in store&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain availability of all products is maintained on the Shop Floor</li><li>Ensure the team’s familiarity with all products in all departments</li><li>Make sure all customer purchases are carried out in accordance with Company guidelines&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Customer Service</p><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly and effectively</li><li>Achieve and maintain company standards on housekeeping, floor presentation and space planning</li><li>Participate in weekly stock takes - identify and report abnormal counts to the Store Manager</li></ul><p>Staffing/Operations</p><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li>Ensure staffing levels match the business needs, or events in-store</li><li>Prepare, monitor and action daily task board</li><li>Actively drive the team’s knowledge of Top Sellers and Department Stock Loss</li><li>Assist Store Manager with all staffing issues, i.e. training and performance reviews</li><li>Cash handling/Security/ daily spot checks on all tills</li><li>Ensure that company cash/stock handling procedures are adhered to at all times</li><li>Responsible for the opening and closing of the Store</li></ul>
