font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1242" data-end="1346">Lead the People Plan for Retail & Supply Chain, driving performance, efficiency, and long-term growth.</li><li style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1349" data-end="1433">Champion colleague experience, ensuring the voice of our teams shapes how we work.</li><li style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1436" data-end="1535">Build leadership capability and embed a culture of clarity, accountability, and high performance.</li><li style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1538" data-end="1596">Develop, coach, and empower a high-performing HRBP team.</li><li style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1599" data-end="1715">Oversee complex ER activity and partner with HR Operations to simplify processes and enhance colleague experience.</li><li style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1718" data-end="1831">Support organisational design, workforce planning, and large-scale transformation across retail and supply chain.</li></ul>What You'll Bring:<ul><li style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of HR strategy, employment law, organisational design, and change management.</li><li style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Senior HR leadership experience in multi-site, fast-paced, specialist retail and/or supply chain environments.</li><li style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven understanding of engagement and culture frameworks, and how to translate colleague insight into business improvement.</li><li style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1866" data-end="1955">Proven success in leading high-performing HRBP teams.</li><li style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1958" data-end="2050">A proven track record delivering engagement and cultural improvements at scale.</li><li style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2053" data-end="2148">Strong, hands-on leadership: able to influence at senior level while rolling up your sleeves.</li><li style="font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;
