You’ll set clear expectations, roll up your sleeves when needed, and lead from the front, creating a high performance culture that is hardworking, honest, fair, and fun.</p><p>You’ll uphold brand standards across all areas of the business, ensuring consistency, quality, and continuous improvement in service, safety, and presentation. Through regular team meetings, open and honest conversations, and clear communication, you’ll keep everyone aligned on performance, priorities, and wellbeing, treating people fairly and with respect while maintaining high standards.</p><p>You’ll own the financial performance of the business, driving revenue growth, strong sales execution, cost control, and profit optimisation while confidently managing budgets and full P&amp;L results. You’ll recruit, train, coach, and retain great hospitality talent, building strong succession and capability for the future.
