You’ll discover what it means to think without limits, own it, be relevant and be the next champion of finance. This is a unique opportunity to deliver tangible performance for the UK’s biggest multi brand retailer through exposure to key departments within the finance function. You’ll undertake a cutting-edge training course to fully prepare you for a career in finance and work towards a fully accredited ACA qualification.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do<br>Year 1:</strong><br>You’ll gain hands-on experience by working closely with multiple departments and companies across the group to obtain and analyse financial data. You will rotate through the finance department to gain exposure to all functions of finance; such rotations may include:</p><ul><li>Purchase Ledger</li><li>Treasury/Cash department</li><li>Management accounts</li><li>Group department</li><li>Other - you will work closely with internal and external auditors, stakeholders and senior management.</li></ul><p><strong>Year 2:</strong><br>In your second year, you will gain a fixed role in a department where you’ll take on more responsibility and regular deadlines and tasks.
