You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, using your Shopify expertise and analytical mindset and ensure that you manage multiple priorities to keep processes running smoothly.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p><ul><li>Monitor site performance and user behaviour daily using analytics tools (GA4, Contentsquare, etc.), identifying opportunities to enhance conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV).</li><li>Contribute to CRO strategies and the experimentation roadmap, supporting and executing content-led A/B and multivariate tests to validate UX hypotheses and drive performance improvements.</li><li>Execute front-end testing of development tickets to ensure successful implementation, optimal site functionality, and a seamless user experience.</li><li>Maintain product, pricing, and promotional accuracy across the site, ensuring all updates are delivered on time and to a high standard.</li><li>Own the end-to-end briefing and execution of site content updates, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.</li><li>Analyse content performance data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li><li>Lead the visual merchandising strategy using Klevu, leveraging data insights and testing results to optimise product listing pages (PLPs) and maximise engagement and conversion.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What You’ll Bring</span></p><ul><li>1–2 years’ experience in an e-commerce or digital operations role.</li><li>Shopify experience essential.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Looker, or similar.</li><li>Familiarity with front-end testing tools (e.g. Google Optimize, AB Tasty, VWO).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What You’ll Get </span> </p><ul><li>Generous staff discount across our products and experiences</li><li>Hybrid working model with flexible hours at our West London HQ</li><li>Healthcare cash plan to support everyday wellbeing</li><li>Enhanced parental leave after two years of service</li><li>Annual paid volunteer day to give back to causes you care about</li><li>Monthly team socials and events</li><li>Access to cycle and tech schemes with easy monthly payments </li></ul></div>
