With a creative vision that’s made her a tour de force with an undeniable influence, Pat McGrath knows no boundaries.</strong></p><p><strong>We are looking for experienced Beauty Account Managers to join our team in our Luxury Flagship Store in Meadowhall.&nbsp;</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Role Responsibility</strong></p><p>As Business Manager for a truly outstanding luxury cosmetic brand that knows no boundaries, you will offer an exceptional level of one-to-one service to our customers, using excellent product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations. You will possess a real passion for beauty and for delivering a world class client experience.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products from everyday looks to special events</li><li>With training provided, we expect you to maintain specialised product knowledge and reinforce the Pat McGrath application techniques with your team</li><li>Accountable for achieving sales goals</li><li>Analyse sales and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goals</li><li>An expert in cosmetics, you will share your knowledge to provide our customers with exceptional and personalised service</li><li>Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience. From selling&nbsp;and replenishing stock, cashing up and organising rails, to hosting, you understand there is&nbsp;more to the customer experience than just selling&nbsp;​</li><li>Manage customer feedback, and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service,&nbsp;sales and retail standards</li><li>Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day. A flexible role, you may be required to work&nbsp;on different departments, taking your service excellence and collaborative spirit with you​</li><li>Use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by taking every opportunity to&nbsp;expand your knowledge of products and competitors&nbsp;​</li><li>Own the planning and delivery of in-store events</li><li>Replenish stock as needed and keep testers and counter clean and attractive to ensure the brand is presented at the highest level</li><li>Ability to build a clientele and model excellent customer service</li><li>Understand and follow health, safety and security procedures, and play an active role in&nbsp;preventing stock loss</li><li>Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures</li><li>Champion our company culture and values</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>The person.</strong></p><ul><li>Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 2&nbsp;years’ experience</li><li>Ability to perform makeup applications that align with the brand service menu</li><li>Confidently connects artistry and education to sales</li><li>Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products</li><li>A great communicator. You will be able to positively engage with all customers&nbsp;with varying needs and requirements​</li><li>Well Informed. You will develop excellent product knowledge by following trends and being&nbsp;aware of our competitor’s activity, along with taking part in brand training​</li><li>Known to be a sales and service expert. You’ll use these skills to deliver the extraordinary&nbsp;each&nbsp;and every&nbsp;time and take the initiative to provide additional services where appropriate&nbsp;​</li><li>&nbsp;Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases with the brand and throughout the store</li><li>Flexible. Responsive to business needs, you are happy and comfortable to take responsibility for&nbsp;tasks that may go beyond the role expectation​</li><li>A confident coach, and self-driven to upskill and learn.
