<div><div style=""><font color="#222222" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Team Leader to ensure that all Apprentices have the opportunity to succeed within our Installation Apprenticeship Programme by supporting their growth and leading them through the day-to-day operational activities to become a Wickes Approved Installer. </font></div><div style=""><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; color: rgb(34, 34, 34);"><br></span></div><div style=""><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; color: rgb(34, 34, 34);">This is a hybrid role with travel to the office in Northampton and supplier locations when required. Overnight stays may also be required.</span></div><div style=""><font color="#222222" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><br></font></div><div style=""><font color="#222222" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></font></div><div style=""><ul><li><font color="#222222" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Manage all performance and behavioural concerns with Apprentices as the first level of escalation, complex concerns are to be escalated to Senior Managers where required.</font></li><li><font color="#222222" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Track and monitor each Apprentice's performance, using Wickes' training criteria alongside our training provider's learning duties and functional skills (if relevant). </font></li><li><font color="#222222" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Coordinate performance reviews for all Apprentices and measuring against agreed departmental, business and Government SLAs, ensuring every opportunity is undertaken for targets to be achieved.</font></li><li><font color="#222222" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Highlight risks and impacts to the programme, department and business.
