The successful candidate will be responsible for <span>managing Tier 1 service requests</span> through ServiceNow and coordinating the <span>Change Advisory Board (CAB) process for the HR Pod</span>, following Agile methodologies.</p><div></div><p><b>What You'll Do:</b></p><ul><li><span>Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 HRIS-related service requests</span> submitted via ServiceNow, ensuring timely triage, resolution, or escalation.</li><li><span>Monitor, categorize, and respond to incoming tickets</span>, providing high-quality support for Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, and Absence.</li><li><span>Collaborate with HRIS and cross-functional teams</span> to ensure service requests are addressed in alignment with SLAs and business expectations.</li><li><span>Coordinate and manage the HR Pod’s Change Advisory Board (CAB) process</span>, ensuring <span>all system changes follow established governance and documentation protocols</span>.</li><li>Maintain <span>accurate records of change requests, approvals, and implementation timelines</span>.</li><li><span>Support Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog grooming and task tracking</span>.</li><li>Assist in <span>documenting standard operating procedures, user guides, and knowledge base articles to support Tier 1 resolution</span> and user self-service.</li><li><span>Participate in testing and validation of Workday updates and configuration changes</span>.</li><li><span>Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities</span>.</li></ul><div></div><p><b>Let's Talk About You:</b></p><ul><li>Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li><span>1–2 years of experience in an HRIS support or analyst role</span>, preferably with exposure to Workday.</li><li>Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.</li><li>Basic understanding of Agile methodology and change management processes.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).</li></ul><div></div><p><b>Working Conditions:</b></p><ul><li>Hybrid or office-based environment.</li><li>Primarily computer-based work (approximately 90% of the time).</li><li>Occasional extended hours during system updates or critical issue resolution.</li></ul><p><b>What’s in it For You?</b></p><ul><li>A company built on Canadian roots and heritage</li><li>Your work is recognized with a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards Program</li><li>Opportunities for career growth through numerous internal and external programs</li><li>Recognize and be recognized by your peers with our Goose Rewards &amp; ICON Rewards</li><li>Be a part of<span>&nbsp;</span><i>CG Gives</i>.
