The candidate will be expected to nurture and drive business with key accounts alongside the company strategies. </p><p></p><p> </p><p><b>What you can expect:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Sell and support seasonal BOSS & HUGO collections to Key Partners building long-term relationships and becoming an expert on key partners/customers business models to maximise sales and profitability</li><li>Regular trade meetings with key & top accounts to maximise opportunities, and understand our performance</li><li>Track annual net sales monthly and deliver actions to achieve OB Plan Figure</li><li>Understanding of commercial budgets across all lines and the ability to deliver growth</li><li>Responsible for the teams to understand and monitor BOSS & HUGO VM Guidelines in stores and online</li><li>Deliver strategy by Brand Gender Line (BGL), in line with the god/better/best strategy from HB AG and ensure our internal requirement are adhered</li><li>360 degree implementation of account management</li><li>Extensive co-ordination and collaboration with all areas of the business including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Shop Construction</li><li>Organise and oversee travel plans for team ensuring existing clients, potential clients and parallel accounts</li><li>Deliver Key Account Training seasonally either in store or digitally for your respective area</li><li>Understand/support/visit and review all POS for Key Partners and Customers</li><li>Planning, analysis and execution of budgets for Quarterly Reviews, FCs and execution of the Long Term plan with Head of</li><li>Work closely with the HB WHS Product Teams to provide detailed feedback</li><li>Possess a thorough understanding of SIS concepts, including capacities, costs, and lead times</li><li>Ensure merchandising standards are upheld in the showroom and manage stock inventory responsibilities</li><li>Independently orchestrate monthly trade meeting with customers and the wholesale team</li><li>Understanding of key competitors as well as pricing, trends and identify areas of risk and opportunity</li><li>Set up & disassemble collections</li><li>Any other ad hoc tasks</li></ul><p><strong>Travel:</strong></p><ul><li>Regular seasonal visits to Northern Hub customers to ensure merchandising standards are in line with global strategy and stock holding is in line with sales performance</li></ul><p><strong>Team Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and conduct appraisals for team</li><li>Responsible for New Starter induction within team; including introductions, company history, systems training, new starter paperwork and on the job coaching</li><li>Manage and authorise team holidays ensuring adequate cover in showroom</li><li>Work closely with Product Team towards sales strategy, trainings and travel plans</li><li>Demonstrate a high degree of leadership and initiative providing structure, direction and feedback to ensure and encourage positive team performance and development within the Wholesale Team</li><li>Provide mentorship when necessary to direct reports</li></ul><p></p><p> </p><p><b>Your profile:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Proven experience working within the premium wholesale industry</li><li>Experience in presenting and working with senior stakeholders</li><li>Passionate about product with a commercial sensibility</li><li>Analytical approach to identifying wholesale opportunities</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Negotiation and influencing skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing</li><li>Enthusiastic and with the ability to work well in a team</li><li>Ability to work and multi-task in a busy, fast paced team environment</li><li>Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business</li><li>Excellent understanding of all programs on Microsoft Office</li><li>Act as a brand ambassador - during selling seasons and any customer-facing interactions, you must wear HUGO BOSS attire.
